The three edible families we stock

Chocolate bars and bites are the bestselling edible format on the menu. Brands like No Cap, Outer Spore Mycology, Polkadot, Trippy Treats and Mrs Vicius produce dark, milk and white-chocolate bars pre-scored into 10–15 evenly dosed squares (typically 250–500 mg of dried mushroom equivalent per square) so you can dose by the square without a scale. Gummies and soft chews are the right pick if you want bright fruit flavor and a vegan or pectin-based format. How to dose mushroom edibles

Edible psilocybin onsets slower than dried fruit and peaks later. Expect 45–90 minutes to onset (longer on a full stomach), peak at the 2–3 hour mark, and a total arc of 5–7 hours. The single biggest mistake new edible users make is redosing at the 60-minute mark because "nothing is happening" — edibles feel late and then hit hard at once. Start at 1 square (250 mg) or one micro-gummy for first-timers, 2–3 squares (500–750 mg) for a museum dose, half a bar (1.5–2 g equivalent) for a full classic trip, and never combine edibles with dried fruit on the same evening unless you have an experienced sitter.

Storage and freshness

Chocolate bars should be stored below 22°C to prevent bloom — refrigerate in summer, never freeze (ice damages psilocin). Lab testing & quality control

Every batch in this collection is third-party assayed before it lists. Dried fruit is HPLC-tested for psilocybin and psilocin potency and ICP-MS screened for heavy metals; edibles, capsules and drink mixes are dose-verified to ±10% per unit; functional supplements (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail) are tested for beta-glucan content and identity.
