What we collect
Order details (name, shipping address, email, phone if provided), payment confirmation (Zelle / Chime / Apple Pay reference, or BTC transaction ID — see how to order), and standard server logs (IP, browser type) used to prevent fraud and abuse.
How we use it
Solely to fulfill your order, communicate about your order, and meet US tax record-keeping obligations. We do not share, sell, or rent your data. We do not run cross-site tracking pixels, retargeting, or third-party analytics that personally identify you.
Payment privacy
Bitcoin is the most private of the four payment methods we accept — it leaves no record with your bank or carrier. Zelle, Chime and Apple Pay are processed inside your existing banking app, which retains transaction records per its own policy. We do not control those records and cannot delete them.
Retention
Order records retained for 7 years per US tax record-keeping requirements, then permanently deleted. Server logs retained for 90 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@mushlovemi.com. We respond within 30 days. See the contact page for other support channels.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep your cart contents between page loads. No third-party cookies. No advertising cookies.
